This project is made for my client from Australia. It is renovataion idea for the existing house. The main purpose of the image is to show how the house will look like with flat roof and three car garage with seating place on top of it.
The idea for the flat roof and three car garage was on my client, I choose materials and colors of the house. I used colorbond colors, most famoused company for facades in Australia and I used modern stone that I found in my texture library.
I used 3ds Max for modeling the scene. I modeled the whole scene just from google street view. For the rendering I used V-ray. V-ray sun and HDRI on dome light for lighting the scene. Post production I made in Photoshop.
The people usually like the colors of the house and the planks on the entry of the house. Because I'm working on similar projects every day I didn't learn nothing working on this project. The client was really happy with the colors and stone that I choosed.
