BanaZombie by Víctor Manuel Fuentes Ariza
Víctor Manuel Fuentes Ariza's "BanaZombie", is one of the illustrations that he liked and had fun doing in the process, since it is not very common to see a picture of a Banana in Zombie type. He always liked extroverts illustrations, and do not like what is conventional. He's the type who likes to get out of that box where we always see the same drawings and illustrations.
Why not do something different from others? It is my question and so I am very happy with the work I do. This kind of illustrations are what I like and many people say they are "weird" things, but those are rare things that make me happy when illustrate.

A normal day was we watching an animated with my younger brother called "The Amazing World of Gumball" series and one of his characters is a Banana called "Banana Joe", and then finishing of seeing the animated series, we started to see some dolls which appeared in a Zombie and I decided to do two things, one type Banana Zombie. The style is called "Graffiti Character" is the illustration style that I like, in terms of colors, have always liked as these colors are not as strong, if not a palette of soft colors, no colors so strong.

The first step in any illustration is to start with a good draft, then so to pass the program you want to use, in my case my illustrations; I do them in Adobe Illustrator is one of the tools of Adobe in which stresses me, then that and I have the sketch in Adobe Illustrator, I have just three steps to take; The first thing I start making my illustration are the lines, all the lines, either from the smallest to the largest. The second thing I do is color, I think different from other lines and start using the colors that I like, which are always soft colors, not strong or as striking colors layer. The third thing I do is create a layer that is left in the lines and colors and in this layer do all that is shadows and highlights. And then when I have all this, I always spend my illustration to Adobe Photoshop and there I make small tweaks to make the look more striking illustration.

My closest friends, my family loves the artwork I do. And always encourage me to do more, never stop doing what I like and what I like is - illustration. Some people respond well, I love what I do and that's something that motivates me every day to learn more than I do. Because something that I have is to learn things every day, I'm always searching, always looking at other people's projects, I like to fill my mind on many things. So when you go do some drawing not have to look for ideas, if not exploit ideas. And usually every day I always do an illustration, the day does not make a picture is because I am busy with other duties, but I always like to be illustrating and listening to music on my computer.

Víctor Manuel Fuentes Ariza is from Santa Marta, Colombia. He love everything that has to do with graphic design or design in general, but, he also like the illustration, since childhood he have always excelled in school for his drawings. He was always that kid with notebooks that had a drawing. His first drawings were of Dragon Ball Z.
