Bruschera Lake Sound is an independent music festival located in front of Lake Maggiore, in Italy. Graphic identity is designed by Ivan Campagnuolo.
“Bruschera Lake Sound is an independent music festival that takes place every year in front of Lake Maggiore, a beautiful landscape which is also the place where I was born and raised in Italy. It is also the only real musical event for young bands present in the lakes area.
First of all I wanted to create a simple logo, adaptable to many situations and above all, easy to print using DIY methods such as silk printing or by stencil. The next step was the creation of a more dynamic lettering, where I could have entertained and inspired logos and written from the punk music scene.
I also made a drawing vector that I tried to do as concise as possible, with curved lines and geometric shapes, reflecting the three main aspects of the event: the lake, the music and skateboarding.
Finally, I also built the website and its smartphone app to listen to all the songs of talented groups that will be performing, as well as a range of packaging and merchandise items that will be sold at the festival.
