Many people know the colorful streets of Cartagena, but not much of its Caribbean nature and its beautiful islands. This project reveals the diversity that is found in this small peninsula of Cartagena, exactly Baru island.
This is a large natural reserve that tourists should keep in good condition, the locals always remember these details.

This project started by chance, after a short trip to Colombia with my family, I took advantage of the nature of the place as inspiration to show how beautiful this can be, from small details to the biggest.
I take the pictures with my camera Canon T5i and my iPhone 6s

I take the pictures with my camera Canon T5i and my iPhone 6s then I edit them whit Lightroom and vsco.
I took many photos but I only chose the most special ones to be able to describe the project better.
the golden colors and turquoise tones give a feeling of freshness in the photos, it makes you want to be there

I learn that every detail is important. Not many people have seen my work, but the few who saw it enchanted them. They were surprised to learn that I have not studied anything about photography, when you are passionate about something and you want to show it to the world as you see it, everything can be possible
