Conceptual design of a food court in a housing at citi housing Gujranwala, Pakistan. Site consist of a court with Commercial buildings around. Open seating was proposed with food outlets ands services in built up area around the court. The roof top is also intended for seating with children play areas and entertainment shopping and mix use.

Project site determines strategic development of building programme reference to its context. A cinema and a gym is located across the road. The use of built up area with mix of food court, entertainment and commercial is proposed. ground areas serve food court and upper floors house play areas and commercial activity. Building facade has panels with green moss. This made an envelope on the facade unifying separate lots into a brand.

Design was developed from sketches of food court planning and facade panels were adopted by using sketchup for concept development. Layouts were developed using autocad and visualisation was done using 3d studio max. For branding illustrator was used to create graphics. Also used Adobe photoshop for finishing visuals.

The project was proposed to a group who holds the property. We developed the brand of food court with multiple food outlets to house a large number of visitors. Developing food court with its services was challenging task in context to client's limited exposure. It turned out later that the purpose of design effort was to fetch developed visuals of property to enhance its land price without actual development.
