As a big fan of Disney I decided to do some fan arts.
I chose Aladdin and The Lion King because it really represents my childhood, it was my favourites movies.
I tried to maintain the original characters but adding my style of art.

The idea was drawing Disney in my style, maintaining the original but also with my personal point of view.
I usually use saturated colours in my works, and also have a flat style, but with some illumination, so the idea was drawing Disney in my style.

I made a first sketch on Procreate and after that I painted on Photoshop. For me is easier to paint when I have all the drawing defined. With the sketch on the photoshop, I define the shapes and than I add lighting.
I usually do this for all my works.

People are responding well to the project, they can recognise Disney character and also my personal style on the illustration.
It is a big challenge to draw Disney characters, I believe we always learn trying to drawn some related to Disney.
