Yay! Another tribute to the classic anime Dragon Ball! Patricia Peña's Dragon Ball Illustrations was mainly some kind of color and form study taking original screen caps from Dragon Ball series, putting some plain colors, and keeping the line cleaner. But, even if it's just a study, we'll take it! Let's see Patricia's colorful fan art.

The design is mainly Dragon Ball scenery inspiration, you can say it is some kind of fan art. I was really inspired by places in Dragon ball. The scenery just makes us want to live or be there. Roshi's house in the middle of nowhere? sound like my dream vacation!!, Kaiosama's house in a lonely planet? Sign me in!!

Who's your favorite character?
Bulma is my favorite Character, I love her, she's my role model, I want to be as intelligent and strong as her! also having a woman in a group of the strongest mans in the world is actually very important.

Any words for aspiring artists?
Don't feel forced to do anything you don't want to, focus that energy in things you enjoy doing! and if you don't get it the first time, take a break, walk your dog, drink some wine or beer, give you a day break, and start doing it again! but never stop working on what you love to do and never stop practicing!

About Patricia Peña

Patricia Peña is a 22-year-old graphic designer and Illustrator based in Caracas, Venezuela. "When I was a little girl, I love watching Sailor Moon, Popolocrois, Slam dunk, Dragon Ball, and all those 90's anime, and let me tell you, I felt very inspired every time i saw an episode of those, and still, so I can say is actually my main inspiration. I wanted to study illustration first, but badly, the institute where I was going to study, removed the career because of lack of demands, so I went to graphic design, which it wasn't negative at all, I have learned a lot about different ways of design using my own illustration tips."
