Eglooh | E-commerce Design by Fausto Renier
Eglooh is an innovative Italian start-up who delivers furniture components all over Europe. Fausto Renier was asked to re-think the entire website, trying to improve the functionality, the navigation and, most of all, giving it a strong identity based on the values of the company.
I wanted the new website to be a case where products were displayed at their best. I wanted it to be fresh, clean, modern, with emotional impact but at the same time very product-oriented. So nothing too fancy, it’s an e-commerce and has to sell things and work on every aspect of the brand: logo, palette, typography, UX/UI, animations and so on.

Here the human component represents the center of the project. It has to be noted that I was asked to represent the Eglooh team for how they actually are, and had to translate their passion, energy, freshness and attention to detail into pixels.

I think design is not just how it looks, but mostly how it works. When I design I try to combine cleanliness and personality with an eye always pointed at user experience. My inspirations are designers from all over the world. The level of quality out there is so high and that represents the greatest source of motivation to me.
