This Villa, which was the subject is located near Kavadarci, Republic of Macedonia. It's in preparation phase and my job as a designer was to shape the external facade and to give it attractive aesthetic look. This Villa contains two levels, garage and spacious yard.

The terrain itself is contributing for unusual look. The materials which were used are: wooden panels, external surface which looks like stone and abrib with imitations to stone. On the first level is the living room, kitchen, dining room, a guest bathroom and a balcony where I added a cradle for additional enjoyment. On the second level are the bedrooms with separate bathrooms, closet and direct access to the garage.

For the 3D modeling I used Google SketchUp. The used materials were desired by the client, which I combined them and placed them in the appropriate areas with idea to achieve the desired design. During the day it has sunshine rays coming in directly so the lighting is natural and perfect, the sliding doors will allow us to switch between surroundings much easier.

The idea was to achieve something unique with the space, but also an normal, simple and ordinary look. The villa contains all of the necessary rooms for normal life. It's a place where a family can go and relax for a few days and enjoy the ambient and the silence which the nature provides.
