Food&Type · #36DaysofType · 2016

Series of letters created by papercut, handmade, for the 3rd edition of #36daysoftype. 36 Days of Type is a project that invites Designers, Illustrators and Graphic Artists to express their particular view on letters of our alphabet. The mission is to upload one letter every day, according to the calendar of @36daysoftype.
For this edition of #36daysoftype I wanted to do a series of letters that would follow the same line.
So I chose a concept, a food and typography that they start with the initial letter that had to upload to instagram that day.
After collecting ideas on how to run what I had in my head, I decided that what could be more fun to create everything by hand, and then photograph it.
To make the project I use white cardboard with texture, a reflex camera Canon500D, photoshop CS6 and food, lots of food.
So every day I bought a food, I cut out the letter on the card, I assembled it and the I photographed it.
The project has been appreciated by many people, it is what motivates me and I am pleased.
My followers and appreciations on Behance have multiplied.
On the other hand I learned to use my hands before the computer helps to create more original and imperfect things.
