We where asked to create a branding for a real estate project in the Lucern region with view of the Swiss alps and the surrounding lakes. The project is positioned as an upper middle class project, aimed at small families and couples that want a quiet location that is still close enough to Lucern. The location is strategically positioned along the north south axis of the most important highways that providing quick access to other cities like Zürich, Bern or Basel or going to Italy as well.



We proposed several designs based on using graphic elements form a chestnut tree and it's leaves. This design won out, and with the combination of using a bright green with cool dark gray proved to be the most modern approach for the housing project. Modern and yet having warm touch is what makes this design fresh. Graphic elements where incorporated into the building itself, using the illustration from the logo as a decorative element for the balconies.


To help promote the project and attract buyers a number of marketing tools where used including a brochure, website, print adds, posters, mailings and showroom. The local transportation was also used to attract attention to the project by placing large posters on the back and sides of the buses. All these tools where used up to the conclusion of the project.



The eco was positive on all sides. Alone that parts of the design were integrated into the architecture speaks for itself. The project now has a lasting name, and will in future be identified by it's name as the ownership changes. The branding has stuck with many as being unique.
