This is a personal project to reinterpret a beautiful villa tower near Glen Lake. The goal is to produce a highly atmospheric tone to this building surrounded by lush trees and grass. The modelling is made by collecting datas from internet about this building. Bu the landscape, I tried to do it different from the existing one because I wanted to make a lot improvement in the atmosphere.

First, I noticed this building while searching ideas in internet, and I love it right away. I wanted to do this building a visual with different atmosphere than its origin. The color pallet is green but yellowish warm in some places due to the sun rays that penetrates the trees. Somehow that gives you a morning or dusk feeling with sun still bright enough to give the warmth.

It's made by 3Ds Max, Vray, and Photoshop + After effect for retouching. The modelling itself is a combination between sketchup and 3dsMax. After that, texturing and landscaping is done most in 3dsmax. Landscaping is most important part because the trees play the most important role creating the sun rays and atmosphere around the building.

The last, retouching also my favorite and important part. The sun is strengthened a lot in Photoshop so it didn't burnout. And fog, dust, sun rays also added and strengthen in Photoshop.
After effect is used to make depth of field and bokeh.

This project is my fav so far, and seems people like it too. This one got evermotion front page right away. I learnt a lot in this project too. Lighting, atmosphere, landscaping, is a new challenge for me and team, but the result is amazing too.
