Landmass London is an Award Winning Interior Designer & Property Developer specialising in Luxury Residential Projects on behalf of Private Clients. They purchase, design and develop properties in the most sought after locations in London and the U.K. My role was to create the company pitch deck, which would be used to interest potential investors.

The inspiration of my idea came from the interior and architecture of the developments themselves. The curves, angles and geometry of their architecture really made me want to capture that in my design. Their company colours are black and gold, associated with class and luxury, and I used that as the basis for most of the presentation.

I used InDesign to create the presentation file, created the icons in Illustrator, and for the images I used Photoshop to really bring out the colour in the photographs. From my earlier thumbnail sketches, I merely recreated it digitally in indesign, with some minor changes.

Overall, it was quite positive. I definitely learn something from every project, and this project was no exception. I feel really broadened my design style with this project, as I haven't really done anything with architecture and interior. Most of this was digitally produced, which mean I didn't have to worry about anything going to print.
