This project is hotel, located in Russia

The hotel is being placed near the Plescheevo Lake, on the meadow, which is surrounded by woods. The project responds to this natural context by its form. The building should blend with skyline and forest silhouette, thus the shape is elongated and oriented horizontally. The surface of the facades is shifting and rhythm of the windows is irregular.

The main emphases in the form are «trumpet» of the main entrance and vertical line of main stairway volume. On the top part of this volume there is a large window. This window allows light to flood in and fill up the interior.

All public functions and activities, such as reception, bar, restaurant, conference hall, swimming pool are located on the first floor. All three other floors are designed for different guest rooms. In the wings of the building, guest rooms are located just only from one side of the hallway. From the other side, a hallway is illuminated by natural light. While walking through corridors guests could enjoy the view from the windows to surrounding landscapes
