Loft 212 is a room house designed by PXELARQ STUDIOS in 2016 for a private client who has asked us to design a home with spacious spaces as well as a warm environment with natural lighting in most of the spaces requested.
The project is in approval for its later construction, which will be located in the state of Querétaro, Mexico.
The main idea or criterion to follow is to have open spaces that are interconnected, to try not to have too many walls and that most predominates natural light.
As for the materials we only advise the client to give us their opinion to have a balance between CLIENT / ARCHITECT.
The tools that we use really varies according to the design and the proposal of our client, in particular with this project began with sketches in paper and pencil.
Subsequent to having a more organized conceptual idea and for the convenience of our customers we start to digitize it, at this stage we have drawing and presentation tools in 2D and 3D.
Among the tools that are dominated in the study are: Autocad, Archicad, Sketchup, Rhino, 3DS Max all these platforms are mastered in 2D and 3D. And for our presentations we have as main engine to render V-ray, Metal ray, Artlantis, Lumion; These software allows us to give a presentation in an interactive and real time thanks to virtual reality lens technology and our interactive 360º views and virtual tours.
In this case we are not short and only have given us the scoop to generate fixed scenes.
The customer has been satisfied, thanks to our team working interactively with the client so that they are sent a daily advance and the status of their project, of course according to the workflow, in order to have the maximum quality and satisfaction of our customer.
As always every project that is assigned to the study gives us to learn too many opinions, suggestions, trends, etc. For which we are in constant update.
