Lorenzo Rocco - personal brand
This is my personal brand. I chose to depict the initial of my name working on the full and the empty. I tried to maintain a clean and minimalist style to communicate to my customers reliability and professionalism.
I believe simplicity is the key to success and I tried to get a simple but complete product.
I was undecided for months, I did not know if it was better to just use my name or create me a personal logo. The idea, as many times came to me during a walk, I thought of a sign that would express my simplicity.
Back home, I had everything in my mind and after a couple of pencil sketches, the logo came out. I chose to use red because it is a bright color.
To design the logo I used Adobe Illustrator CC instead for business cards and letterheads I used Adobe Indesign CC. I started designing the logo in black and white, then I tried to get a texture using the shape of the logo. After applying the texture only within the folder and Envelope I decided to use the red cross on the rest of the corporate not to weigh it down.
I showed the project to many people and I have received many compliments. This project was also appreciated immediately on Behance where I received a lot of positive comments. From this work I have learned that often the simplicity gives amazing effects.
