I tried to adapt my colorful, geometric and vector style to a language like the maps' one. So, I needed to be very precise with geography and very simple in illustrating spots (monuments, attractions and co) Since it's a commissioned work, it came with a very detailed brief and lots of photographic references I had to stick on.

Maybe, the first thing to me is to try and "speak with their voices". I see lots of copies around. And that's the worst thing that can happen: what's the point in stealing someone else work? Go deep, work hard, keep on trying and find your own style.

I love to see such flat design infographics. The color combination is really top notch, they are mixing with each other in such a way that it looks pretty nice to viewer. I can see the experienced person behind this, great work by Francesco.
