Marz x Bren
The lookbook for Marz Fashion Brand, mexican brand based in Mexico city, was made out of nowhere, I was at my bosses house and then i sat in front of the showroom his girlfriend has, she is the designer of Marz Fashion Brand, so my brain started to run and came up with the idea right there. When I got home I called Yezz, the designer, and she glady said yes to my project, so I called my beautiful model friend Irene and she was beyond excited, with a little help from my friends I was abled to do this lookbook and we are happy with the results, enjoy!
I wanted to picture the symmetry of the clothing, the prints, the crazy pants and play a little bit with the weight and lines of the pictures. Fashion usually makes crazy lookbooks, but what I wanted to reflect is a everyday outfit using unique and handmade clothes.
I used my Interfit kit lighting, just one light at 45º with a softbox so the shadows aren't that harsh to edit, my Nikon camera wich is a D5100 and for retouch i like to use Adobe Photoshop, it's my fav for retouching.
The designer loved the photos so I'm happy cause this shoot came out of nowhere, the model and her agency are happy with the results, personally I would like a little bit more exposure but I'm happy with the photos as well.
