This is a new logo made by Matt Fontaine recently! He like skulls and he have a beard. So that's basically the story behind the skull! He also recently saw a site that just used black and red and he really liked that color combination so he thought he would start using that.

I am always looking at graphic design and illustration on sites like Behance and Pinterest and so my tastes are always expanding. I was playing around with my website and was looking at some similar websites that used a theme I was thinking of using for my site and saw a logo that I really liked. It was red and black and looked great on a white background! That’s how the design for my new logo started.

I’ve played around with adding colors to my logos in the past and thought it was time to add red to the mix. So with the color theme in mind I thought about some things I like. I like skulls and I have a beard. So that’s basically how that came about. I played around with a few different skulls and once I found a skull I liked, I then played around with a few different types of beards and eventually settled on the one I picked for my logo. I also am a big fan of distressing and splatter and I love the look that distressing can add to something, so to add distressing to the logo was a no brainer for me. The final finishing touch!
