Paola Wiciak's project "May 2015" is an exploration of colors and forms. Her project will remind you of pop-art (Pop art is now most associated with the work of New York artists of the early 1960s such as Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, James Rosenquist, and Claes Oldenburg) and minimalist portraits.

Instead of being inspired on a specific concept, this series of illustrations were based on an exploration of color and form. I always try to take out the best of the fashion images that inspire me and combine it with my own style.

I would describe my style as a synthesis between moody images and bright colors. My advice for aspiring artists like me, is to be truth to yourself and to use your emotions as a tool for creativity.
