Iceland is beautiful country with amazing landscapes where you can see fire, ice, mountains, and huge lands. You can experience a real adventure in some crazy remotes places like Landmannalaugar or the West Fjords. We wanted to show you how magnificent it is to travel there and try to discover every corner of this island.

Because I love to travel and take pictures at the same time, I was sure to get some nice shots in Iceland. This why I came to Iceland in September 2016. The goal was also to be able to see and shoot the northern lights while it's not too could. After that I wanted to show the real beauty of Iceland by not retouching a lot the pictures and using true temperature colours.

I used my Canon 5D mark III with various lens (Canon 16-35 mm f/4L, Sigma 50 mm f/1.4 ART, Tamron 70-200 mm f/2.8 Di VC USD). Then I used Adobe Lightroom to setup correctly the light, the colours and the details to create a better image that reflects the moment when I took the picture.

The people can discover the true landscape of the wild Iceland and like the pictures from the plane, something that looks surreal. Nowadays, We can see a lots of pictures from Iceland, the challenge here was to show real pictures with the actual weather without any artificial lights or sky.

If you go to Iceland make sure to bring strong photography equipment and stay awake to shot the perfect picture !
