Neon Artist
Neon Artist is a personal project that consists of 7 portraits of musician I like: Stromae, Kendrick Lamar, Macklemore, M.I.A., Alicia Keys, Drake & Lana Del Rey. I created a poster based on each portrait, with a unique theme and color scheme.
The subtitle of this project is: "Digitally crafted art".
This project is all about art created by computer. I've never been good at drawing, painting or anything similar, but I still wanted to try & create an artistic value to my projects. This is how I came up with this idea of design piece that was 100% generated by computer.
I started with officiel presspic of artist, and rework them in this style I've came up with, using photoshop. The idea was to find a process that I could use on each pictures, but customisable with different color scheme & details.
I've only got positive feedback so far! I'm really happy with the outcome, and I think that people are too.
It's always interesting to create personal project like this one, I allow me to explore new technique, and usualy attract new potential clients.
