New Nordic Fashion Illustrations by Mads Berg
New Nordic Fashion Illustration Volume 2 is a follow-up on the two exhibitions held in Tallinn and Helsinki a few years ago, featuring artists from Estonia, Finland and Sweden. This time, the exhibition included artists from Norway and Denmark. The Nordic countries are a geographical and cultural region in Northern Europe and the North Atlantic. It consists of five countries (Finland, Iceland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway) and their autonomous regions. According to Toomas Voklmann, the curator of the exhibit; "Why do we speak of Nordic fashion illustration? Probably because Nordic artists have established a myth of the creator, who sees beauty from afar, from the edge of the world, generalizing the temporal and the timeless with a mere line stroke. Let's check out this amazing art set! Enjoy!
The posters/art is a part of the project/exhibition New Nordic Fashion Illustration Vol. 2. You can read more about the exhibition and project in this link.

I usually use pencil (HB or 2B) sketching for getting the image's composition in place, then playing around with color and textures in the computer using Adobe Illustrator.

Put on a nice podcast, and make at least 3 images a day. I do not think there is any shortcut to achieving skills. Have fun and be productive. Show your works, share a lot, expose yourself to feedback. Take advantage of the internet's possibility for endless exposure.
