One Hour Design Jam by Mohammad Rasoulipour
Mohammad Rosalipour, a Virginia based Graphic Designer is an easily distracted individual, and this project "One Hour Design Jam". He was working on a branding project, and he realized how hexagons could look like faces. So Mohammad allowed himself to play around with that idea though, only if a. It took an hour or less b. it was going online. So the hex faces evolved into a family in a really short amount of time.
I decided to express the personalities I saw in them in one or two lines. Like, what they were thinking or what they were about, just to add a little soul. I was doing a branding project that involved hexagons. As I played around with the shape, I saw its resemblance to human faces. I got distracted from the actual project. Rather than going off on a long tangent, I decided to give myself an hour to delve into the face idea. I loved doing the one hour jam session and plan on doing many more of them.

My style is simple and communicative. I want to put soul into my work, without making it unnecessarily complicated. If you ever have a creative idea that hits you during a big, long project, I say go for it! But give yourself a time limit to finish it, put it out and be done with it.

I really like Oleg Dou because he embodies the style that I aspire to.
