Talented Korean UI/UX designer Seunghyun Kang who gave us COWAY CES 2016 is back with another great project. ORFEO Control - a luxurious and revolutionary audio control application.

When I work, what I want to emphasize about UX Design trend is that the current trend was implemented in the aspect to better utilize the conveying sensibility and “flat, simple and circle-shape” by using a big image. The current form of a sound control app conveys analog sensibility by being reflected in Skeuomorphism. But the app reflected in a part of trend represents to use a basic component served from OS.

What makes Orfeo Sound Control stand out is that, it is premium (The design of a product is luxurious), detailed (it is possible to control precisely), new (it provides new experience.) ‘Users can experience to filter precise sound easily without even expert control when they use OrefeoSound earphones), reflect the latest trend (Utilizing flat, simple and original shape)
Convey analog sensibility (Utilizing control-form of audio device as a component). The reflection identity of OrfeoSound is utilized by the thin shape icon with a pastel color and a dreamlike background).

The basic function of relevant app provides basic free-set such as concert hall, rock, jazz and so on. And users can set equalizer or make a new setting by setting up 3D sound. Also, it provides the function that users can hear the outside sound or check status information of earphones. Even if the device is luxurious, the reason why overall design consists of pastel colors on dark-blue background is that I want to represent that not only experts but also general users can handle it easily.I emphasized detail and fun by using three dimensional effect on some elements.
