Reaction App by Anton Babenin is a customer service platform that benefits small businesses by allowing them to stay connected with their customer. Reaction generates a service ticket automatically after you have shared your visual information. Follow up on the issue anytime by viewing periodic updates from the company on your main screen.
My aim was to create minimalistic and user-friendly material design. I used Sketch 3 for design and InVision for prototyping.My inspiration was a lot of projects on Behance and material design philosophy of Google. The edge of the project is ability to send to customer photos and video, while you call him, it’s very useful.
I often hear this question, but I am not sure what to advice. I haven’t read a lot of books about design. And if to think about the ones I’ve read I can honestly tell that I haven’t applied their advises into my own work. I have based my experience on the practice. And may be it is also connected with the fact that I started working in mobile design when there were no books on this subject.
