This project is about the encounter with my friend Manuela Cadavid. I hadn't seen her in a couple of years, so when I got the chance to visit her I had to freeze that moment through photography. Just a moment of friendship with urban inspiration, until we'll meet again in the future.

This project came up when I saw the rays of light coming through the garden, so I made my friend get ready for the photo shoot. I always liked shooting on daylight because the light always change. Every hour of the day and weather gives certain vibes to the shot, so you get to choose and take advantage of the situation. The grunge style was always part of the inspiration at the moment we choosed her outfit and accesories.

I used my camera Canon T3 and my lens 50 mm. It was sort of a dialogue between us, we were chitchatting while she moved through the garden, always trying to make it natural with no pressure. That's important when you work with people that is not used to be in front of a camera. I edited the photos using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop for the little details

We had positive response on this, she has a lot of friends who havent seen eachother in a long time, so I think it was good for them to see her even though it was virtual.
I always learn from this projects, I've learn about how the connection with your model can be reflected on the results, the body movement, so that's awesome
