Rocky Theme is a WordPress themes provider founded by Stef Ungureanu. He was impressed with Hoang Nguyen's works and contacted him via Behance. Expressing great interest with his enginethemes project and asked him to redesign his whole Rocky brand, including the logo & website. So Hoang tried his best to help his client find what he needs.

I proposed 5 options to Stef. Initially he was pleased with 1 option. But I wasn't quite happy with that option and still want to push a bit further. As a result, Stef was very pleased with the last logo option as you can see. When I got the approval email for this logo option, I spent the night figuring out how to make it even more impressive when displaying on the website. Once again I went with the same direction for project EngineThemes, which is using manipulation techniques and create a more realistic version of this logo. I get myself to execute this idea right away and even forget to sleep that night.

I was inspired by the talented designers on Dribbble. Their works are spectacular, keeping an eye on them everyday is really helpful for my job. My strength which also happens to be my weakness is being too hard to myself. Always over thinking and never stop until I feel satisfy with my work.
