Apple's IOS7 user interface really inspired me. I really love the blurry overlays! Also the HBO Now app inspired some of the main screen layouts. My style is guided by the designs I love. In my designs you will 4a471f34157073.56ccb4e79e71fost likely see a blurry colorful background and usually white UI elements placed on them to give the effect that they're floating. I really love that style and use it in most of my app projects. Roger Oddone, Chris Wang, Kevin Day, Joy-Ann Johnson, Kerri-Dale Smith, Fred Nerby, and Fantasy Interactive are all so talented and inspire me to push my designs further.

The edge of my design is that I don't just think about making the app look good. My main focus is the user and making the app an enjoyable experience. By focusing on the user experience the user interface comes together easily. My advice to artists and aspiring artists is to create what you love and don't let other people discourage you. It can be frustrating starting out and seeing other people doing amazing designs but they all started out somewhere. You can get to where they are as long as you don't give up. Also don't be afraid to try new things in design. Design as if there are no limits and everything is possible.
