Working on custom projects, where the details are specific and mostly created to suit particular needs, the 3d printing technology comes in hand. In fact in one of our projects for lighting system we integrate the printed joint inside an aluminium profile, the result is very simple and easy to assemble body with clean design. Using the printer for creating a physical model is a big time saver considering the whole design process.

When pursuit individual and custom look you end up having lots of ideas remaining on paper. There was a competition last year organized by www.b2n.bg where the task was creating a model of a lamp, that can be 3D printed. Our entry was among the winners, so we started to explore possibilities and methods for it’s realization. The goal was to achieve good quality, fast production and low price. We explore some technologies and find Form2 very close to what we have been looking for, regarding quality and specific properties.
