"To ask why we fight... ... is to ask why the leaves fall. It is in their nature.
Perhaps, there is a better question...
"Why do we fight? To protect Home, and Family... To preserve Balance, and bring Harmony. For my kind, the true question is:
What is WORTH fighting for?"

After watching the Mist Of Pandaria's Cinematic I wanted to created my own version of a pandaren monk.
I want to do in my own style to improved my level in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. The idea of this project was to show the serenity of the Pandaren. The force in his eyes to show the dedication that they put in every single thing that they do, and the inner peace that they had.
First I look some references of Pandaren Monks, then I do a sketch in Photoshop in which I define the pose of the character, the lights and shadows and the colors that I ' ll use. At the end I began to do the illustration in Illustrator. It takes 6 hours to be done.
A lot of people like this project and I'm really happy with that! That means that I'm making excellent improvements as an illustrator and as a designer. I learn anatomy and the way the light is affected by a character, trying to improved that aspects in future projects to get better results.
Practice is the key.
And never stop learning and making mistakes (a lot of them).
