Since I have started my adventure with photography my real passion are Polish mountains . Poland has an amazing and unusual mountains. Gentle slopes covered with grass in the Bieszczady mountains and sharp peaks in the Tatras, which in no way inferior Alpine peaks. I know them since my childhood. The first time my parents took me to the Tatra Mountains when I was 3 years old. Since then, whenever I have and opportunity I take my camera and I move on to the trail.

Photographing  in the mountains needs a lot of patience. Anyone who wants to bring good pictures from the tops must be prepared for various conditions. Duringthe winter-snow, during the summer- heat. But always it worth to wait until the end. I was once at the top Rysy, the highest peak in Poland, all alone. All tourist went back down   to the shelter, and I was patiently waiting and... just before sunset all the clouds and fog parted and I could enjoy the phenomenal view.

Photographer in the mountains has to know exactly what he wants to photograph. It is important to prepare for it.  Checking the distribution of light, accurate checking of routes and conditions on the trails.  I often do reconnaissance with a notebook and a phone in my hand, and after a time I return with the equipment and take photographs . Half the battle is well prepared outdoors, then you need the strength and proven equipment that can not fail at the most important moment. When I know that the conditions will be good always I take my two cameras and spare batteries, because what I will see it will never be repeated.

Polish mountains are wild. Many times I walked out of the tent and all of the equipment. To search for the best light I climbed to the highest peaks where I waited for a few minutes of good weather. Not once got wet, I froze and came back with nothing. Sometimes I managed to win with the weather and photograph up in the most beautiful moments as you can see in my photographs.
