The Yoak is a multi-modal stability training system. It allows users to push, pull, and squat their way to core stability and strength symmetry. This level of versatility brings unlimited possibilities to their exercise routines, and allows them to workout anytime and anywhere. The portability and unique functionality make the Yoak perfect for a wide variety of locations: commercial gyms, in the home, personal training facilities, and health and rehab centres. Users of all ages and disciplines find the Yoak fun and challenging; from kids to climbers, and from crossfiitters and to all those that are young at heart.

The Yoak was designed to balance form, function, ergonomics and aesthetics. Multiple hand positions enable both internal and external rotation, while the rounded handles provide comfortable gripping areas. The patent-pending cervical notch and arc shape eliminate spinal loading in Squat/Yoke Mode while accommodating shoulder rotation for bar work. The overall curved form and variable anchor and mounting points add a balancing dimension which allows users to experiment with stability and asymmetry.

The visual language of the design is simple and clean. Basic shapes, geometry and symmetry create a minimalist, yet pleasing design. A smooth wood exterior joins the exposed aluminum core to provide a strong, durable and functional product. All the materials used are sourced responsibly, and the Yoak is built locally in Northern Ontario, Canada.
