We've seen Bernhard Lang's Aerial Photographs of Mar Del Plastico. Now, he'll take us in the air again with his latest aerial photos of Circle Irrigation in Kansas City. Center-pivot irrigation, also called waterwheel and circle irrigation, is a method of crop irrigation in which equipment rotates around a pivot and crops are watered with sprinklers.
A circular area centered on the pivot is irrigated, often creating a circular pattern in crops when viewed from above. Most center pivots were initially water-powered, and today most are propelled by electric motors.
Basically through my all my series of my project "Aerial Views" I am trying to display the impact of the humans on the environment. I am interested to find shapes which create nearly abstract patterns and structures, seen from above. There is the formal "beauty" on one hand, and on the other the destruction of the original nature.

If anyone says your work is not good because you have not followed any particular rules - forget it - there are not rules in creativity. Another more practical point is finding new themes in your work - work which has not been already done a lot of times before.
