Hello my name is Paul and I am a interior designer & visualizer . This project is a part of an apartment interior modeling and decorate for Virtual reality . My employer also have developing a virtual reality tour of an apartment for the Gear VR and PC. And he already have a virtual reality developer, but he was looking for a 3D artist to do the modeling and decorating. His top priority was the quality. And he hire me to do those design modeling and decorate his apartments in 2 themes. ( Bright & Dark)

Brief : Modern style, simple yet elegant. Floor-to-ceiling windows, stainless steel appliances, etc. You know what you're doing. I also need the same 2 variations of the same layout: light and dark themes.

That tendency to collect can actually serve you well in your design workflow. How? Through creating mood boards. A mood board (or inspiration board) is a physical or digital collage of ideas that’s commonly used in fields like interior design, fashion, and graphic design. It can include just about anything — style of interior, designs or various renders methods, color palettes, textures, descriptive words — anything that helps you define the direction of your project.

For the idea I use search ( modern interior in Canada, Toronto) what the styles people in those countries likes and so. And create my own inspiration mood board

Also I am using 3d Studio Max with V-ray Studio to create my visualization and panoramic scenes. For the start I need to create a floor plan of an apartment. After that I'am import dwg file into 3ds Max . And started to modeling.

I began to model each room separately. He started with the bedroom. After it has created a smaller bedroom with workspace. After the kitchen with the living room, the most interesting and tiresome in fact it is the correct setting and visualization dekor. Proper lighting, setting camera. But the end result is all the work, and work on these important points pleasing. After editing, you can see full results. After each project that brings satisfaction and outputting not only his but others - want to do more and create as many interesting projects.

My employer says : Wow that's impressive. Wow, it looks amazing Paul. I loved the design. Of course. I gained enough experience and cheerful pretty good number of knowledge that will be useful in my future projects. For example, the picture was more realistic warm light and cold should be balanced. This creates a nice effect. Effect of comfort.
