Canastra Food Truck by Pedro Paulino

A food truck is a large vehicle equipped to cook and sell food. Some, including ice cream trucks, sell frozen or prepackaged food; others have on-board kitchens and prepare food from scratch. Sandwiches, hamburgers, french fries, and other regional fast food fare is common. In recent years, associated with the pop-up restaurant phenomenon, food trucks offering gourmet cuisine and a variety of specialties and ethnic menus, have become particularly popular.
Graphic designer Pedro Paulino has created another project inspired by food and Brazil.

Canastra Food Truck was born by the idea to share one of the great places in Brazil, the Serra da Canastra, and to enable the preservation of a culture and region. Saw a hidden, forgotten by many and preserved a friendly people and many traditions. The logo was based on the plateaus of Serra da Canastra, along with a typology handmade craft representing the entire process of producing that food of this region possess.
