A classic living room in Danish style. I did this project to reproduce a classic living room in Danish style. This project started with the modeling of the sofa and the rest of the room. I did all the modeling in this scene and it was done in the Modo and rendered with Corona Renderer in 3dsmax.

The idea came from reproduce a classic living room, with some danish, scandinavian elements, white walls, paintings, wooden furniture, etc...
After some researches I found some interesting references and start doing the scene. The focus of the image is this nice sofa and I decide to model it. All started from that.

My workflow for this project, and the for all the projects that I work on it, is Modo for modelling, UV and Corona Renderer via 3dsmax as render engine.
In this project I also used Marvelous Design to create the sofa, cushions and the carpet.

Starting with the sofa, I modeled the structure in Modo, did the UV for applying the wooden texture and after that I started to create the cushions in Marvelous Designer.
After the sofa was done I made the chair, same as the sofa modeling and UV in Modo and the cushion was created in Marvelous Designer.
Then I followed with the rest of the elements, walls, windows, paintings frames, etc...
after all that it was time to export the scene for 3dsmax and start the lighting and shading with Corona.
In 3dsmax I setup a Corona sun and Corona Sky and start doing the materials.

I had a great feedback from this project and as always I learned something new.
The main objective of this project for me was the sofa model so after the end of it I am just glad I was able to do it.
