Rafał Burczynski's "ROD project" relies on divisions and crosscuts of straight lines that shape the table’s form. The working table top is the result of a crosscut and displacement of the stark block, dividing it in two and giving both separate functions. The whole rests on double legs, which supporting the top, join together in hexagonal forms.

I design utility objects such as ceramic and jewelry but my primary focus is furniture design. I try to create pieces pure in their form, but am not afraid of more raw and unique forms.

The idea was born just on sketches and drawings, lines, and the division has created solid. I decided to create a simple and functional desk.

Drawing designs on paper, sometimes I use Illustrator and Photoshop for correction, or creating visualizations.

People will probably quote:
"Wow. That project is really nice. I love the legs!"
"great job. I want to have this desk right now!"
"Just yes ! yes yes yes"
"Beautiful, I love it!!!"
