Este proyecto se dá en el marco de la necesidad de ampliar la vivienda, de una familia de 3 personas, con un bebé en camino.
Los espacios necesitaban ser mas abiertos y vinculados entre sí.
es por eso que se crearon nuevos ambientes tales como : Cocina - Comedor - Living Estar - Sector de Juegos - Dormitorio con Baño y Vestidor - Gimnasio - Estudio. Además se agrandó la cochera.
Se decidió trabajar un lenguaje moderno, respetando las líneas originales de la casa, a su vez se utilizaron : piedra, revestimientos plásticos y hormigón.

This project is given in the framework of the need to expand the home of a family of 3 people, with a baby on the way.
The spaces needed to be more open and linked to each other.
That is why new environments were created such as: Kitchen - Dining Room - Living Room - Games Sector - Bedroom with Bathroom and Dressing Room - Gymnasium - Studio. In addition the garage was enlarged.
It was decided to work a modern language, respecting the original lines of the house, in turn they were used: stone, plastic coverings and concrete.
La idea nació con la finalidad de crear espacios abiertos e integrados, ya que en su momento, estos eran cerrados y dificilmente conectados entre ellos.
Se generó un volumen de piedra que tiene una ventana apaisada, este espacio corresponde a la cocina, la cual esta anexada al comedor, con una barra/desayunador
The idea was born with the purpose of creating open and integrated spaces, since at the time, these were closed and hardly connected to each other.
A volume of stone was generated that has a landscape window, this space corresponds to the kitchen, which is attached to the dining room, with a bar / breakfast bar
Para este proyecto utilicé Autocad2019, Sketchup para el modelado 3D y las diversas propuestas presentadas al cliente. y para el renderizado utilizo Lumion 9.0
Son softwares compatibles entre sí y es muy fácil modificar gracias a la herramienta en tiempo real Live Sync
For this project I used Autocad2019, Sketchup for 3D modeling and the various proposals presented to the client. and for rendering I use Lumion 9.0

El cliente quedó muy satisfecho con la ampliación de su hogar, posee unas hermosas vistas hacia un gran jardín, donde además se proyectó una piscina y una zona de asador.
Se pensó un deck de madera, para dar calidez al espacio y poder disfrutar de las tardes de verano en Mendoza, las cuales tienen un clima muy agradable y caluroso
The client was very satisfied with the extension of his home, has beautiful views of a large garden, where a pool and a barbecue area were also projected.
A wooden deck was thought, to give warmth to the space and to be able to enjoy the summer afternoons in Mendoza, which have a very nice and hot climate
