Plan A Website by Stephen Ginever
Graphic and Creative Designer Stephen Ginever's goal was simply to create a user experience better then that of their existing website. The company identity, logo, colour scheme, fonts and tone were already well established so he focused on page layout, flow and delivery of information.
I built the site on WordPress which is great because it provides a ready made working website structure to begin with. As the saying goes “Content is King” so I worked pretty closely with the client to select the best content and figure out the best way to present it. This process was helped immensely by the quality of content being so very high.

The graphic designer in me strives to solve visual communication challenges with simple, elegant but striking solutions. My artistic side wants to splash bright contrasting colours all over the place. I am also hugely influenced by typography. I get real satisfaction from pairing cool photography/illustrations with clear type in an equally cool font :-)

In truth, I find it difficult to give advice to aspiring designers and artists as that would suggest I have ‘made it’ or am in some way successful. I feel an designer’s/artist’s educational journey is never really completed. I can say the thing I connect with most, regarding art and design is, despite the many rules and guides that define what makes good art and design, it's those who work outside the rules who achieve the most memorable results.
