Rollingstool (rollable stool) is a backrest-free stool for home interiors and co-working spaces. Backrest-free sitting helps to keep the body upright. It was created as a susbstitute for a fit ball in the interior meeting the needs and responding to problems of the target group.

The challenge was to design a product that will be polyfunctional, with offering the possibility of dynamic movement.
It was created as a susbstitute for a fit ball in the interior meeting the needs and responding to problems of the target group. It offers the possibility of dynamic movement by means of exercise or massage. The cylindrical body provides the movement and the tread pattern is not only an aesthetic element of the hoop, but also a functional detail. Comfort is enhanced by the quality of soft material.

Tools are Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Rhinoceros, Keyshot.

The production process of the stool consists of cutting out the basic shape of recycled polyurethane foam followed by the upholstering with the possibility to add a central hoop with a pattern. The structure of the outerl surface of the hoop with low lugs allows gentle massage of the body for better muscle stimulation. The Mystic fabric is adapted for the exercise and movement. It is highly abrasion resistant, water resistant and can be cleaned with water.

They were mesmerised. They appreciated the recycled polyurethane material and offering the possibility of dynamic movement by means of exercise or massage. The structure of the outerl surface of the hoop with low lugs allows gentle massage of the body for better muscle stimulation.

Heterogeneous foams are recycled polyurethane foam products: they are made from foam residues resulting from the production of foam blocks by special technology.
