Don't we all love DIY or Do It Yourself projects? Today, we will feature an artwork for Nike, the brand that we all know. Our artist wants to present it like DIY kits where you can customize the design of your shoes. Read on and get a good look at this cool idea!

A project based on some of the Nike's most iconic shoes. Getting inspired by Nike ID, where you can customize your own shoes, I came up with the idea of presenting the shoes as DIY kits, like the ones we used to find in cereal boxes when we were kids.

An experimental project, using different techniques and media, which took about a month to be completed, including research, collecting references, a number of rough sketches trying to find the composition that works the best for each shoe and then the finalization, choosing the right color palette, etc.

It's really hard to define where the inspiration comes from. It could be anything - from the crack of a tile in a public restroom to a misplaced product on supermarket's shelf. Inspiration could be everywhere, kind of cliché, but it's true.

If I had to pick the most difficult part on the process of creating something, I would say it's the stage where you try to stay focused and avoid any distractions. You will always reach a point where you feel that there is something more you can do or you can add to it. So my word of advice is to trust your instinct, it is a part of your uniqueness.
