This project was created for a young family with a small child.

The person, for whom we make a design, is the most impotent in every project we create. For this person, his place of living is only a background of his lifestyle, a supplement to his comfort. Our main idea was to create cozy and functional space taking into account individuality of every family member. The style we have chosen fully corresponds to lifestyle and preferences of the client. Natural materials like wood, concrete and metal that were used for the facade are not influenced by modern trends and will be always up to date.

Our team composed, terms of reference together with the client and started creating sketches. We presented a few variants to the client and he approved the most optimal one. To create 3D house model we used Archicad program, where we also created plans and technical drawings. For exterior and interior visualization we used 3D Max and VRay.

Our client was excited to see ready project. However, we came to the conclusion that success of the project depends on whether a client is opened for dialogue, how much he can trust and surely that is also important - our professionalism.
