Unique Chiado - CG Work
Unique Chiado is a set of 3D images done with a Real Estate Marketing purpose. After overpast the Crisis, Portugal has now a lot of investors, and the Real Estate Market is growing a lot, bringing a lot of foreigners to live and invest here.
This project is located in one of the prime zones of Lisbon - Chiado.
The Architecture Project belongs to ARX Arquitectos.
It is a refurbishment. Can´t say much about the Project, since it belong to ARX Arquitectos.
It follows the main characteristics of the original building, with some new ideas and materials. One example is the false ceiling with holes and different patterns.
3DS Max 2013 + Corona 1.7.
It was modeled from scratch and took a bit longer than expected, because the Architecture Project wasn´t finished once the 3D work started.
Corona is an amazing tool, and it is worth to try it.
We have also done some 360 VR Imagens, and some of them you can find in our website - www.vpva.pt .
Has been a success, and it´s being sold very fast.
Like some other projects we´ve done for this specific Market - Real Estate in Lisbon - it has been very well accepted by the contractor who hired us, and from the investors who are buying the apartments.
In each Project we learn, and we try to use what we´ve learned, if possible, in the new projects.
